 Introducing Matt — one of our inspectors who is InterNACHI Certified and committed to giving clients the kind of inspection he would want for his own family. Matt is patient, straightforward, and takes his responsibility seriously. He believes every home tells a story, and his job is to uncover the details that truly matter. Matt enjoys walking clients through his findings in a way that’s easy to understand—without the overwhelm. With a friendly approach and strong attention to detail, he ensures that every inspection is thorough, honest, and dependable.

 Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially traveling together and exploring new places. I also have a passion for building cars with my sons, which is something we’ve made into a family tradition. And when I get the chance to slow things down, you’ll usually find me out fishing — it’s where I relax, reset, and enjoy the outdoors.

 One of the things I truly love about being a home inspector is the opportunity to help people make informed and confident decisions during one of the biggest investments of their lives. Every home has a story, and I enjoy taking the time to understand that story — from the foundation to the roof — and then clearly share what I find with the client. I take pride in being thorough, honest, and approachable, making sure the families I work with feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Whether I’m identifying safety concerns, pointing out areas that could use improvement, or simply explaining how different systems in a home work, I enjoy knowing that my work directly contributes to greater peace of mind for the buyer. It’s not just a job to me — it’s a way to help protect families, guide smart investments, and build trust through every inspection I perform.
